What time is check-in? ::

You may check in to your cabin anytime after 3:00 PM on your day of arrival.

What time is check-out? ::

Check out is at 10:00 AM on your departure date.

When will I receive an email confirmation? ::

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you have reserved and made a deposit on a rental.
Note : Some email filters consider automated email as spam, for this reason occasionally confirmation emails are put into the spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation email please check you spam folder.

Do you offer Military Discounts? ::

Active duty military personnel can receive a 10 percent discount at check-in by presenting their military identification.

Do you offer AAA Discounts? ::

AAA Memebers can receive a 10 percent discount at check in by presenting their membership identification.

What is your availability and rates? ::

Do I need to bring my own linens? ::

Each cabin is equipped with 1 set of towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) for each person the cabin is capable of sleeping. Each bed is ready for sleeping and extra linens are available in the closets for all sleeper sofas and futons.

Do I need to bring my own pots, pans and dishes? ::

Each cabin is equipped with pots and pans of various sizes. The cabin also has enough dishes for at least one meal for the number of people the cabin can sleep.

When are the fireplaces available for use? ::

October to April.

What is the minimum age for a rental? ::

21 years of age is the minimun age to rent a cabin.

What is there to do in the area? ::

What is the minimum length of stay? ::

We have a minimum 2-night stay on most reservations, with a 3-night minimum or more required on certain dates.

Do your cabins have high speed internet access? ::

Some of the cabins that are specifically noted offer internet.

What is the pet policy? ::

Is the pet fee refundable? ::

No the pet fee is not refundable.

Where is the nearest airport? ::

Knoxville, TN (TYS) is the nearest airport. The airport is approximately 50 miles from the office.
